C&E NZ Limited (CENZLTD, CEL for short) brings near 50 years of experience and skills from across the various Civil Construction Industries of New Zealand. Activities in the Civil Construction industry within New Zealand range from project management to accounting, health and safety to temporary traffic management (TTM).

Expertise, experience and industry qualifications to undertake various types of projects ranging from public to commercial, local to central government.

Safety

At CEL, Safety comes first! Our team has a Health and Safety expert who holds a Professional status with NZISM, a Post Graduate Diploma and holds over 20 years experience in the Civil Construction industry.

His specialty is the practical application of Occupational Health and the Safety standards of the industry itself. Our team are NZQA Approved trainers who are approved by Connexis to teach up to Level 4 Health and Safety Unit Standards.

Temporary Traffic Management (TTM)

Another key focus for CEL is the safety of those working on our NZ roads! Our team has a TTM expert who works closely with the NZTA and holds NZTA ‘Trainer’ level qualifications.

His qualifications come from over 20years in the TTM industry where he has learnt the skills and safety standards of the industry itself. Our trainer is an NZQA/NZTA Approved trainer that is approved by Connexis to teach all levels of TTM which includes the relevant Unit Standards.
